1. General

MOA&LOV Mihailova & Mihailova GbR (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates a subscription-based service offering curated links to vintage and secondhand products. By subscribing to our newsletter, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

2. Services Provided

We provide:

  • A digital newsletter with curated links to secondhand and vintage finds.

  • Tips for shopping on online marketplaces (exclusive to paid subscribers).

We do not sell any physical products directly.

3. Subscription Plans

  • Monthly: €7 per month.

  • Annual: €55 per year (saving €29).

Subscriptions are managed and billed through Substack. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

4. Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions can be managed and canceled anytime through your personal Substack profile. No refunds are provided for partial months or years.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including text and visual materials, is protected by German copyright law. Redistribution, reproduction, or resale of our content without explicit permission is prohibited.

6. Liability Disclaimer

MOA&LOV Berlin provides a digital curation service and does not sell or ship any products. All transactions occur directly between you and the respective sellers. We are not liable for:

  • Lost, damaged, or stolen items.

  • Discrepancies or issues arising during shipping or delivery.

We recommend reviewing the terms and conditions of the respective marketplaces or sellers before making a purchase. Any issues should be addressed directly with the seller.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Germany. The place of jurisdiction is Berlin.
